Congratulations Colin.
I'm not completely surprised Labour has won. I didn't vote Tory this time only because it was obvious they would not get back in. I considered Labour, and watched Starmer's performances on TV and was not impressed. He has the personality of a sponge, and even less to say. However, it is what it is.
Is that an iceberg I see before me?

Thanks !
It's not good practice to vote for the party with a leader who comes across as 'charismatic'.
Better to look at the policies being presented & the record of a parties achievements when last in government.
However, I reckon that it's a case of the Tories losing this election, rather than Labour winning it !
What is surprising is that anybody could have voted for the Conservatives this time after their record over the last few years...
... & yet some still did...

He's had to trim his leftish intentions down a tad [or more] to appeal to disgruntled Tory voters in order to get elected.
Now he's in, I 'm expecting some moves to the left, maybe not immediately, but in time...
