For those who are still interested in this project: It has been clear for a few days that the film, that will premieres in October 2023, will not contain any original Elvis songs. Obviously EPE said no. Instead, Coppola's husband Thomas Mars and his band "Phoenix" will be featured prominetly and the first song to be heard is "Baby, I Love You" by The Ramones.

It's a great song, but if I were in charge of the Ramones catalogue, I'd refuse permission for it to be associated with this piece of junk.
