$ token from the 1962 Worlds Fair in Seattle.
I picked this up in a Seattle antique store while on a visit there.

Here are the lyrics from the demo version; it's a longer (extra verse 3) then the recorded version.

colonel snow

SANDMAN’S COMING, YES HE COMING
TO SPRINKLE YOU WITH SAND
HE’LL SAY ONE TWO THREE
AND YOU WILL BE
IN COTTON CANDY LAND
SANDMAN’S COMING, YES HE’S COMING
WILL TAKE YOU BY THE HAND
AND YOU’LL RIDE UPON A BIG WHITE SWAN
IN COTTON CANDY LAND

YOU AND THE SWAN WILL FLOAT UPON
A CLOUD OF PINK ICE-CREAM
WHERE EVERY STAR IS A CANDY BAR
AND THE MOON IS THE MARS MELLOW DREAM
MARSHMALLOW
SANDMAN’S COMING, YES HE’S COMING
TAKE HIS MAGIC HAND
AND NOW GOODNIGHT, NOW SLEEP TIGHT
IN COTTON CANDY LAND

short instrumental break
with extra verse 3
WHERE EVERY STAR IS A CANDY BAR
AND THE MOON IS THE MARS MELLOW DREAM
SANDMAN’S COMING, YES HE’S COMING
TAKE HIS MAGIC HAND
AND NOW GOODNIGHT, NOW SLEEP TIGHT
IN COTTON CANDY LAND
IN COTTON CANDY LAND

That's OK. If you haven't tried marshmallows, you must do so. They can be very sickly if you have too many. They go well with a hot chocolate drink, and milk shakes and in some coffees, also with ice cream.

I only saw it in movies or cartoons....but I never did put one in a hot chocolate or coffee.
Is it worth it?
Besides, milk shakes are cold...so I don't know what a marshmallow could do there.

You place a marshmallow over an open fire on a stick, gently turning the marshmallow over (with drink of choice to compliment the sweet marshmallow, in the other hand) over an open fire until, "just so" - which is firm to the touch/hard on the outside and liquid inside.

When you take a gentle bite of the hot marshmallow, there is the firm to the mouth texture of the outside of the marshmallow, with the liquid inside, as the liquid marshmallow runs out, it is hot.

Recommended for a nice little camp fire anywhere, out bush, on one's own property, or on the beach at night!

:D ;)

Ensure there is a doctor in the group to treat the burnt tongue.

Marshmallows are very sweet, in a cold drink, it would just bob up and down and in my opinion, does not add anything, really.

In coffee or hot chocolate? Hmmmm no, not for me, either.

Americans have added marshmallows to their salads for years - I could not imagine eating that.

They are nice in homemade Rocky Road, which is dark melted chocolate, peanuts, and a jelly type lolly, all together, the different textures of soft, hard and smooth with the nuts is nice.
