I don't think they do. Where do you get yours from?
Some obversations:

Some of the tracks have already appeared on previous 'stereo' CDs like Elvis at Sun & others.

Sometimes even in 'true stereo' from the original recordings.

Duplications like that could have been avoided.

The CD sleeve, at first glance, makes it look like it contains 'home recordings'.

Yeah, maybe the sleeve could have been better thought out, but the sound is great.

Both albums were stop gap titles which were released during Elvis' army service. The sleevenotes make reference to this, and this is why the decision was taken to use a picture from this period on the front cover of the CD.

As the cover also clearly shows the title of both albums, and the additional blurb refers to the release of, 'two classic albums in stereo for the first time', I really can't see how anyone could think that the CD features home recordings...

The title alone tells you what it is.
If you’re an Elvis fan and don’t know what to expect, well.
Likewise leaving out the duplications would have been pointless .
I did notice the Sun tracks are better mixed and different from before and that’s all right is a stereo version of the dry master.
Personally I would have preferred an Aztec Sundial live shot from 77 on the cover, but that’s just me. ;)

Incorrect, but I still would have preferred a 77 concert shot on the cover.

Purely, at first glance, by association with that photo.

There are two different RCA echo and reverb versions.
i am sure they used one of them on the original Vinyl LP

That wasn’t used on this RDM release, I can tell, it doesn’t sound like it.
So That’s all right mama isn't the RCA second reverb version as you claim.

This For LP Fans Only & A Date With Elvis
this release is supposed to be a mono to stereo of the original LPs
So if That’s all right mama isn't the RCA second reverb version on this CD then it not in keeping with the original release is it.

I didn't think that, merely pointed out it gave a wrong impression initially.

No, they are remixes in mono to stereo, the original release was mono, so you’re right, it’s not in keeping with the original release.
Maybe it’s a nod to the 70th anniversary of that’s all right which was dry?
A producer makes choices that you may not agree with and that’s ok.
You may have noticed the cover is different too ? :D
I prefer this one

All the tracks on this new release are 'different' from previous releases, even stereo ones.
