Elvis did not write the song and the photo is from "It happened at the world's fair"?

"Viva Las Vegas" is also not the (or "an") official theme song of the city of Las Vegas! On a related note, the Wikipedia article about the song mentions a rather absurd seeming story from the book "Lonely Avenue The Unlikely Life & Times of Doc Pomus" by Alex Halberstadt:
In 2002, the city of Las Vegas requested Elvis Presley Enterprises, the company that handles Elvis-related music rights, to allow it to be the official song of the city. Negotiations stalled over the price. EPE had not controlled the copyright to the song since 1993, at which time it became the property of the families of the songwriters Doc Pomus and Mort Shuman.

According to some sources, in 1986 the City of Las Vegas proclaimed "Shine, Las Vegas" (also known as "Come On And Shine, Las Vegas" and "Las Vegas, Shine Las Vegas") by George Dare to be the city's official theme song [City Proclamation #1026 IV(a)-E 12-17-86]. But according to an article in the Las Vegas Review Journal from 2009, a City Hall spokesman called it merely "an" official song and that "there could be others".

Glen Hardin was one of Elvis' accompanying musicians [piano] & never a Memphis Mafia member.

The photo isn't him either.

Yes!

I tried to find out who was photographed here instead and - maybe it's a bit far-fetched - but I think it's possible that it could be Glenn Gould. Perhaps the similarity of their first names and the fact that they are both pianists (although Gould was a classical concert pianist) could have contributed to this mistake.

Police Badge from Kent - UK.JPG

The badge is possibly from the US city of 'Kent' :

From Wikipedia:

"Kent is a city in King County, Washington, United States. It is part of the Seattle–Tacoma–Bellevue metropolitan area
and had a population of 136,588 as of the 2020 census, making it the 4th most populous municipality in greater Seattle
and the 6th most populous in Washington state"
