Very Early Bootleg collectors, anyone remember those?

This guys name was Peter Vollman. I too bought boots from him. I even visited him in his cinema complex back in the 80s.

Somewhere in Torino I still have the photocpies that he use to send to inform about the new releases.

This is another one I loved so much. The studio outtakes from Blue Hawaii were so cool to hear and I loved the King Creole stuff almost as much. I played this a lot back then. Years later a collector pal from NY told me that the label was not just some made up thing but a real one that made records for anyone. You can see their name on the cover Lee Myles Assoc., NY. The cover style on the Elvis record was also used for a bunch of regular people's records, this blew my mind. Take a look at these.

What do you make of this? I was offered these in 1979 or 1980 for the cool sum of $5000 each.
