I have versions from Amazon (printed in Europe) and Blurb they are both OK. Amazon does use a bit thinner paper than Blurb, that is why the book is a bit thinner (and a bit cheaper). But the difference between the both is minimal. Amazon does not offer the option for a hardback unfortunately.
