Where? At his army induction in Memphis
When? March 24th 1958
He got another for Jailhouse Rock at the same time, both All Shook Up and Jailhouse Rock being voted top five records of 1957.
They were presented by a DJ from Tulsa, Oklahomas KAKC 970 radio station.
