What I was querying was the 'at the peak of his popularity in 1967' bit !

In my view, he was at a low point of his popularity in that year.

There would be a sharp turn-around in '68/'69 !

He did five shows in Canada in 1957, at three different cities - two in Toronto (April 2), two in Ottawa (April 3), and one in Vancouver (August 31).

I don't think the three Honolulu concerts held on November 10 and 11 can be considered as being "outside the USA". Although not considered a State until 1959, Hawaii was an annexed territory since 1898 :

There isn't any.

He was at the CBS Studio, New York, on 28th October, 1956, to make his 2nd Ed Sullivan Show broadcast when they staged a media 'do' to show him getting the polio jab.

It was for the press reporters & photographers, before the TV broadcast began.

Often wondered if any footage was shot...
