There have been documentaries, but no idea why there has been no biopic !

The closest is gets was someone portrayed him in the La Bamba movie but it was like 30 seconds long.

Here you are, Colin, this next song shows Eddie had a MOR side and would have waxed more records like these if he lived:

This is sad.

Eddie passed away at 21, yet he left us tons of cool tracks to enjoy.

Instead of celebrating his greatness, you take the crappiest somg he ever recorded as an example of what would have been.

Well, that's what he's saying might have been. I don't think Eddie would have continued with the rock material. As for this song, it's bad, but it could have fitted in most Elvis movies.

Nah , it's a gem, a change of pace from his Rock and country records.
If you don't agree with the statement then that's fine, or why not just put up an alternative MOR, or keep your farking trap shut. Either way should not be hard to do.

You have no idea what you are talking about. You should study Eddie's legacy first, then start posting stuff like you do.

I will not be the one to make you wiser.

Now you better get this straight. When i post or (until recently) start up topics here, i do so because i like and i feel the other members may appreciate. Unlike you and other members , I'm not into reading or researching the facts. I do so every now and then.

I realize for other members that these details are important and i certainly do appreciate the input and what they bring to the PHOENIX table. But i stopped doing that years ago.

I also do not like to repeat or double up on topics and posts if it means i have to also take my time and go through search history, hence why i have chosen not to be doing any new topics anymore.

You understand ?

It's ok if you just post Youtube links like mad. Nothing wrong with that.

But, please, try not to play Nostradamus about stuff you don't know. It's a sad waste of time, believe me.
