I've just finished reading The Lyrics by Macca. Some of it is a bit pretentious, but than again I suppose he has a right to be.

I'm now reading Scattershot by Bernie Taupin. I thought it would have more content about the music he and Elton wrote, but there's very little of that. So far, it's mainly about his party life in America.

I was thinking about purchasing his recent book of photos taken by himself in 1964 during The Beatles' debut in the USA, but the last time I looked it was too expensive.

But I'm not interested in hearing him once again telling us that he wrote each and every Beatles song. I think Lennon's recall of that aspect was more realistic.
