Of all the animals in the worlds forests, perhaps, the most rarely sighted, is the " Black Panther" or Leopard. A few years back, an Indian wildlife enthusiast and photographer, Mr Shaaz Jung, ( he is supposed to be related to the former India Cricket Captain,of the 60s' MAK Pataudi )managed to track and extensively photograph an animal for National Geographic .
Recently he published some extra ordinary photos, that I thought, I should share. I do not own any copyright to these pics.
try and watch the Nat Geo Documentary, it is superb, as also the photos, there are several more of these.

They take my breath away.

Yes, to see them in the wild and up very close is an breath holding experience, I had a couple of them, esp a Tigress that literally walked past a jeep I was in at touching distance..... I used to love going to lonely forest areas, and just listen and take it all in !
I actually, last night put up a few pics of my very own " Black Parlour Panther" but took them down, as this thread is about Wild animals.... If anyone would like to see her, just let me know :)

BTW- MM just call me Jay or Jake .

The angelic looking Tasmanian devil.

Their loud howling noise is what makes them the 'devil', but once you are able to calm or tame them or can establish some trust, they are in fact extremely quiet as we can see on the following:

Goat has invaded on the Kanga's territory. Kanga then stares and eyes it off and scare the Goat, who appears to get the message clear.
Now have a look at the size of the Kanga and also his arms. A real giant !
