She doesn't drive.
I have a 'support bubble' with my son & his family, so I'll arrange something with him.

Thanks, John !
My son is taking me there [& back to his house in Strood].
He would normally come & collect me on a Friday & I'd spend the evening with his family.

Had the Pfizer Vaccine yesterday evening.
Started with a queue outside the Swanscombe Health Centre where an official very slowly let one or two people in at a time.
Some minor gripes over who should go in first with people saying "I should be at the front as my appointment is for 5:30 !"
A quick check showed that all our 'appointments' were for that same time !
Once inside there was another queue, but at least in the warm & with seats provided !
Finally got into the vaccinating room [with two other patients] & got the jab.
The reason for the long wait & queue was because, after the jab, we had to sit there for 15 minutes so they could check for any adverse reaction !
When we left, the outside queue stretched 'round-the-block', made even longer by the social distancing !
Been advised I might feel a tad 'groggy' for a few days, but to dose up on Paracetemol.
Second jab could be in 12 weeks time...

Yes, they're doing the 'over 75s' just now.
