Could it have been the carers who visit who passed it on ?
Or did she get it from her first brief hospital visit ?

A lot of the spread in Australia was through hotel quarantine staff also working in aged care centres.

It's just that he's so heavily sedated that he's asleep most of the time.
He seems to be responding to his treatment, but has a way to go yet.
