Yes !

He ended up working for the Southern Publishing Company which printed the Brighton newspaper 'The Evening Argus',
as a stereotyper, until his death in 1972.

NB: A stereotype is a plate cast from a printing surface.

We had our D-Day celebrations on Thursday, as did everywhere else of course, during which we had the lighting of the beacon.

We had some heartbreaking stories and a presentation by the Lady Mayor.

We members of the local photo club were asked to take photos of the evening that the local council can use. I've submitted a few but these two seem to be the favourites with everyone.
