In the USA RCA released original Elvis vinyl on the black label. Around 1969 RCA switched to orange labels. Followed by tan label around 1975.
Around 1976 / 1977 RCA releases were pressed on the new black label.

The same record on orange label is a re-release when the original was released prior to 1969. Other countries followed RCA-USA for the color of the label..

All information about vinyl can be found here: https://www.elvisrecords.com/

That could be a re-issue from Europe or the UK.

British, Made In England... it says right there on the label.
It's the later British re-issue from the early 1980's

I perhaps should have mentioned that the original UK release of Elvis In Concert was on the Orange RCA label.

With reference to vinyl labels, here are the two different UK 'Twelth Of Never' labels.

The dinked centre is still the same label, so I'm good with what I've got.

I also have this record, but just one copy. I don't remember which label it bears. I don't think I've ever played it. I did play the CD version.

I have three CD versions.

1. Promo

2 & 3
Limited edition silver label and white... although I think the white may be rarer, and the cover doesn't have the hype either.

Those are nice items.

I've just checked my CD version, and it's the bottom one - no sticker, white label, and BMG cardboard insert.
