Don't get too excited for this Lp; the LP was released by Nippon Victor Company and the tracks were performed by the Movie Symphonic Orchestra.

This album is in my collection and the pictures are from my website. Colonel Snow is correct about the contents. Nevertheless, this album is mega, mega rare!

SJV-79 - Best Hits Of Screen `64 - Did you ever see this one? This is one of rarest and most unknown releases. You won´t find it in any record guide. But beware! The value of this record is only for the cover, showing a great shot of Elvis and Ann-Margret from Viva Las Vegas, as the record does not feature any music by Elvis.

NIVICO, the Nippon Victor Corporation produced and released this album back in 1965. The NIVICO company is part of JVC, a notable manufacturer of entertainment equipment. The album does not feature any Elvis involvement as all songs were performed by the japanese Movie Symphonic Orchestra. Among other famous movie hits from 1964 (japanese release date), this album release features symphonic versions of Viva Las Vegas, Fun In Acapulco and the Beatles´ A Hard Days Night.

Below I'm providing larger, better and additional pictures of this release. The stickers (gold foil) were pasted over and covering the RCA Victor logos. They were removed by a previous owner and kept separately from the cover.

HP-504 - Elvis’ Golden Record - This 10” album was released as part of the Hit Parade Series on April 20th, 1960. The backside of the sleeve has japanese liner notes and the song lyrics printed in black on white stock. The matrix numbers are: JLP 302 and JLP 303.
