That's all right

Postby colonel snow » Sat Apr 22, 2017 12:48 pm

The song was based originally on the tune of another Arthur Crudup composition titled "I don't know it" as recorded on 22-10-45 (RCA 20-2387); he re-wrote the lyrics to the well known That's all right.

A lot of those blues songs sound the same. This has also got My Baby Left Me in there. Thanks for posting Colonel Snow.

Crudup seemed to write the same song over and over.
Elvis' was a composite I had come to understand.
