On the original 78 rpm release Elvis' name was not mentioned as co-writer. The title has changed into "All shook up" now.

If anyone wants to hear the David Hill version, here it is, with a little bit of added background info.

When the "Elvis - Worldwide 50 Gold Award Hits - Vol 1" set was released in 1970, the song was listed as "I'm All Shook Up" again :

According to a recorded interview with David Hess, he was originally asked to use the name David Hill when he began working for the Shalimar company.

He also recounted that the idea for the title of the song came from something he had said in conversation to the company boss.

The boss liked the phrase for a song title but David Hess turned down the chance to write a song to that title, and the idea was passed on to Otis.

Hill and Range wiggled their way in on the publishing, again, "give us the publishing and we'll get it to Elvis" and of course it came under Gladys music and Elvis got half writers credit and Hill and Range got the publishing deal.

Poor Otis got cheated in only getting half writers royalties on a song he wrote all by himself....Tut Tut.
