Wouldn't it be good to have the original ending included as an 'extra' on a video release ?

Most video releases of cinema films have 'deleted scenes' included, except Elvis ones, of course !

We're lucky to get the film trailer...

My copy of the script contains both endings. The script is marked Revised Final - November 17, 1960. The script with the original ending runs to page 138. After that, there are 4 pages marked - ADDED SCENES - "WILD IN THE COUNTRY" - 12-15-60. These pages are changes to the motel scene wher Irene enters Glenn's suggesting they should try to drive home. Next, there are 4 pages marked RE-REVISED NEW ENDING - This scene begins with Glenn running in Irene's house and seeing the doctor reviving Irene with oxygen.

Are you able to post the 4 pages Added Scenes after pg 138 and the 4 pages with the original ending along with the 4 pages of revised ending please?

For Foreverelvis:

The first 3 pages are the revised ending as seen in the movie. The second 4 pages are the original ending pages.

Here are the revised script pages for the motel scene. The first 4 pages is what we see in the movie. The second 4 pages is the original scene. Not as drastic of a change as the ending changes.

Thank you for posting Colonel.
I don’t think the page you posted is the correct one for I slipped I stumbled I fell - it’s not the scene in the truck.

Did I miss something?

In this way I've it my files; maybe it's not correct but I don't have other pages / information..
It's been a long time ago since I've seen this movie.

The scene that Colonel Snow posted (scene 25) is the scene in the pick-up truck. At the top of Page 13 that is posted is where Glenn begins to sing. The entire scene 25 in the pick-up truck begins on page 11.
