The song was suggested for scene127 in the movie Wild in the country according to the script page 95. The original version of this song was recorded in the 50’s by Tom Glazer (Young Peoples Record 436)
Later on the song was replaced by Husky dusky day - sung in duet with Irene (Hope Lange) while driving in her car back from university (scene 127).
