Here's an actual disc like one of your label images Colonel Snow.
Look closely though to spot the difference, it's not exactly the same.
Tks 10 & 6 of 2004 is hand written on this label while typed on the other and the typed lines are formatted different too.
Two different acetates of the same thing.

Here is the original 1965 hardback book, "Kiss My Firm but Pliant Lips". I read somewhere they say that the movie was loosely based on the book. I do not agree with that. I thought that the movie followed the book very closely.

He may have used a stunt driver for the dangerous bits, but this camera set up shows he did actually drive the beach buggy for the close ups !

That wild & exciting ride is one of the best opening sequences in any Elvis film !
