Kurt Russell as Elvis

From the Jarvis estate. Felton's souvenirs (I would like to share), from the
Elvis film with Kurt Russell that Felton Jarvis produced (music)..including autograph made to Felton that shows Kurt was sure at least, the music was good! ....plus a load of stills, jacket, soundtrack album, and a script. I will post these if there is interest.
This type purchasing/acquiring thing "opened the door" for the excellent Elvis materials most here have witnessed me sharing! One never knows what sill awaiting to be "discovered".

And before anyone rightfully accuses me of being an Felton Jarvis enthusiast... This type purchasing/acquiring thing "opened the door" for the excellent Elvis materials most here have witnessed me sharing! One never knows what sill awaiting to be "discovered".

They made an soundtrack album with that awful ronnie mc dowell vocals?

Yes they did make a soundtrack album. I can't comment on the vocals ..never heard them.

Interestingly, on TV recently, there was a show from just a few years ago, featuring Ronnie with DJ Fontana and Ronnie was wearing Elvis' Lord Elgin watch, gifted to him by DJ.
The same Lord Elgin was the watch Elvis wore on his first Dorsey Brothers show appearance(s) it seems.

At the time Kurt also told the story about how they had to clamp his ears flat because his ears stuck out too much.
I still think this is one of the better Elvis bio movies, if not the best, though it does have some major factual errors though out.
Still a good movie. And Kurt is a very likable guy.
