Just finished listening to the Goin' Home sessions on the FTD while reading at the same time Keith Flynn's brilliant notes on what was removed.

It makes zero sense, not sure what kind of logic was followed.

Some fucks are left in, some fucks are edited out.

Elvis sings "where the eagles shit" twice during the session and the first shit is removed and the second one is left in.

It's the same shit so why remove one and leave the other? Also, on the first one, everybody laughs and since the shit is removed, someone who doesn't know what was removed will not know why everybody laughs.

Anyway, an amateur censorship job. It's too bad as the sound is perfectly mixed and mastered.

Yeah, you're right, the edits make no sense at all, and...why censor it anyway?
