I`m very picky when it comes to sound quality so I cant even
listen to the 1961 show and enjoy that.
The Elvis of 1956 is still the same Elvis from 1974.

No. He is not. Not even remotely close.
Or would you tell me that Hound Dog from 1956 is the same as sung by Elvis in 1974?

scottwalker wrote:Don't think you got the point. I'm not talking about the presentation of a particular song. All the un- and released material, whether it's 1956 or 1974, it's the same person. And I think there was only 1 Elvis, last time I've checked. So yeah, unfortunately for you, I'm right.

By legal definition the man from the two dates is the same one.

For me the MRS sound is a total unlistenable, artificial, fake stereo crap. I cannot listen to it. And that was my honest, initial reaction upon hearing it. Not because of any agenda.
My own, premiere physical release didn't happen and I felt it, but I had to accept the pain and just move on.
I will keep doing what I'm doing.
If any of you would like to reward my work and research having originally found and obtained this recording (with help of Keith Flynn) and bringing it online in better audio, you can do so at this PayPal address: grzesiekboro@poczta.onet.
Thanks for any reward!
I hope to bring more rare and unpublished in the future, it's my passion.

I think the final version by Mr Stuchbury has yet to see the light of day.

Um, the way you presented it: no, you are not right. You were not getting the point.
That the Elvis from 1974 had still the same stomach (for instance ....and other body parts) that he used already in 1956 wasn't the point. Unless you "play" dumb.
And there is a difference of a soundboard from 1974 which there are very many and an unreleased live 56 recording which there are very very few.
(And don't let me even start comparing the performance quality and the state the man was in 1974).
So you are two times wrong. Sorry.
