The servers were being updated. One of the "Quirks in the code" was FECC firing the banned message to EVERYONE. I've isolated the problem and everything is OK, just as skabillyrebeks says.

Anytime. I just hate that the part of the upgrade I planned to oversee decided to run itself, by itself overnight. You know how I say I keep getting haunted servers...... Here's another bit of proof LOL.

Sorry for the nitpicking, but something is still not quite right here. After I click on the small square beside the name of the last poster of a certain thread, like this one for example, the page I see is not quite centered on top, if you know what I mean.
