It’s OK, we still got them on MRS, and it’s now available on their cheaper camden imprint too.

Is "the prisoner song" in there too, Mr. Truth?

Yeah, but the quality doesn't even begin to compare.

Technology can circumvent that now.
Take vocals from MRS and remaster, then drop / graft into the new FTD master with their vocals removed.

Yes, I'm aware of that. However, currently, those grafted tracks are not available.

Nothing I can do about that, but I know a man who can, but I doubt he’ll have time for a while.

It shouldn't be difficult to lift the vocals from MRS CD.and overlay them on the FTD CD
If they have only mute the vocals parts but if they have cut the tracks.it will be nightmare to time code.

The best one to get for that song and EQ it to sound the same as the bit on the FTD CD is the old Bilko CD vol two there's always me.

I have listened to all known takes of this song and the quality just isn't there to do a good enough job on this song in my opinion.

I don't know why Elvis had so much trouble nailing "Mine". It seems a simple enough song, the sort of stuff he could do very easily. Even after they got take 21, they removed his voice so that he could overdub the instrumental.

It's great to have all the takes though.

On the other forum, as usual, there are 107 pages before the release is coming out, 222 pages with " I ordered it", " my order is confirmed", "my package is on the way", "my package is in my town but the post office guy is sick" (a thriller and worth posting), "my package arrived but I didn't opened it", "I put my CD's on the shelf sealed" and " when will the next soundboards are coming out?".
And before the threads gets inactive finally 6 posts about reviews or opinions of the content from people who actually listened.
