Don't you just hate it when someone posts a picture from a color production in black and white?

It's a black-and-white publicity still from the film, rather than a screen grab, so your 'hatred' is misplaced !

It's simply a snap taken for the purposes of continuity, so maybe they didn't need colour.

Alternatively, the original could have been in colour but the book where I've taken it from had it in black-and-white...

… bit of a grey area, I guess...
