Spend it in a record store.

The idea of paying for 'therapy' is very American.
It never caught on in the UK...

I wonder about therapy. I haven't had it.
However, on one hand, to be able to trust someone when someone goes through things (if the therapist is plain and says to the person, "Well, you are a narcissist, let me help you........." could be good for some people, lol). However, I doubt a therapist will or can be plain speaking, or they will lose their client, or, it would take ten years to get to that point, I don't even know if therapists give proper advice? (We all have Doctor Phil! ).
Now, we have this culture of self absorbed people who say that their needs always come first, missing the point that there are steps in between that, that other people's needs should be taken into account, one should look at how their behaviour impacts others, plus, they should nurture themselves.
The therapists I have met (sooooooo generally speaking) are screwed up in my opinion (I am not educated in such a subject) lol.
What I think is the answer?
Find someone you can trust who is grounded AND listen to music, lol LOL LOL (music will do until one does).
There, I have therapised, lol LOL LOL
