You're making assumptions that she's Jessie-May is a lady.

Yes, I made the assumption based on the username... but when you use the term "she's", aren't you doing the same ?

Yes, I made the assumption based on the username... but when you use the term "she's", aren't you doing the same ?

I'm not questioning the gender. I'm saying that Jessie-May may not be a LADY in the old fashioned sense of the word.
She may drink her tea from a fine China cup while pointing her little finger outwards and dabbing the coroners of her mouth with a lace napkin.
She may be a foot stomping, raucous, motorbike riding, rockin' rollin', beer swillin' chick covered in tattoos from head to toe.
She may be something in between.

I'm sure Jessie-May will let us know in due course.

I was using the term 'ladies' to define the suspected gender.

As in 'Lady' or 'Gentleman', neither of which are suggestive of the person's personal characteristics, but merely point to their being of a 'female' or 'male' persuasion...

I am deffo a woman/ lady and dont possess a lace handy as far as I know...will have a look! Thought handkies were deemed old fashioned but then I am the latter. Will pop over to my intro Thread and ramble -on in there....if you are not careful :lol:
