Got it, After doing some research, This was a hard one.
UNION STATION │ MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE January 9th 1957
Before Elvis boarded the train to Hollywood, he took the time to pose for some photos with representatives of March Of Dimes. He is the one at the bavk with his hands on the little girls shoulders.
