The uncropped photo doesn't show any more of that sign, but it's more probable that it says 'Savings Bank', not that that's any
sort of clue as to what's happening there.

Maybe after receiving a ticket for parking on main st?
Possibly the punching of the gas station attendant in 56?
Possibly down at the courthouse in Memphis October 19th 1956?
