If there is another error, then it must be Richard Harris "had an amazing voice". ;)

Yes, the 'recorded it at his home' bit was what I had in mind !

Well done !

The comment on Harris's voice was just his opinion.

He may have stretched the truth a tad here & there, but it's a factual error I had in mind.

Norman has probably got it when he refers to 'location'...

Which why I said poor memory regarding the recording of My Boy.

Sorry, John, I missed the 'regarding the recording of My Boy' bit of your first reply.

sometimes you have to read between the lines without having everything spelled out to you.

In these Spot the Error thingies, spelling out exactly what's wrong is what is needed.

'Poor memory' could refer to anything...

It was a general comment on the content of the article, in similar fashion to that from Norman.

The errors are obvious for a long standing fan, which I believe I am.
However, I am happy in future to spell it out exactly.

Yes, I got it first time what John was saying.

By the way, when I mentioned "a couple of things" in that article by Bill Martin, I was also hinting at the reference being made about missing the chance to meet Elvis in Los Angeles in August 1977. Like the Osmands' claim that they were invited to a barbecue (presumably also in Los Angeles), it was hard to believe that Martin's recollection of the date was totally accurate.

Leo Sayer fell into the same error...

The death of Fats Domino has had a lot of 'obits' posted.

I'm sure there's an error here:

Well, I remembered the song being Ain't That a Shame right from the beginning.

Fats Domino always sang those words !

It's possible the title started out as Ain't It a Shame & got changed later...

It ain't his Grandfather.... Obviously .
It's Dan Shackleford, a family friend.
Also if it was his grandfather they even spelled his name wrong.
