I'm on Ebay now, thanks, Norman, going to press "buy" before I reply here, lol.

There is also another book available from Tolle that looks interesting:

https://www.ebay.com.au/p/Stillness-Spe ... 0005.m1851

What do you think?

I actually have the DVD set (filmed at Findhorn). I bought it after seeing him talk in Central London. And the DVD set and small book are sheer joy. The DVD set was several hours long, but it seemed to last no time at all, and I’m going to watch it again. The book in the hyperlink is fairly short and not essential. In fact, I I had borrowed it from a public library, so it's worth trying the libraries.

Quote of the Day - 7th November:

The rain began again.
It fell heavily, easily,
with no meaning or
intention but the
fulfilment of its own nature,
which was to fall and fall.

Quote of the Day - 10th November:

Time is Too Slow for those who Wait,
Too Swift for those who Fear,
Too Long for those who Grieve,
Too Short for those who Rejoice;

Quote of the Day - 11th November:

In poetic language, in which the sign
as such takes on an autonomous value,
this sound symbolism becomes an actual
factor and creates a sort of
accompaniment to the signified.

So, could it be broken down to that the poetic language that Roman Jakobson refers to changes from an adjective to a noun and then forms into a verb?

:D

I did consider that as a possibility, but the 'accompaniment to the signified' bit threw me...

"The house you want just appears !"

"The money you want just works out !"

You don't have to work to achieve anything !

Just get in the right frame of mind & it will all come to you !

Wrong on all counts...

I agree, one has to work, lol.

Nothing happens unless you work hard towards it, which is what gives one luck.

:D

They are referring to creating abundance through mindset.

Your mindset will improve how you feel, it won't bring any material benefits your way.

You might be better equipped to bring about material things if you are feeling better about yourself, of course...
