Here an example of Jailhouse rock - the piano intro track 2019 take 1 is inserted on this acetate version. This tape and many other tapes from the 50's are lost with the cleaning of the RCA tape vaults in 1959. There are a lot of acetates circulating of tracks where the tape is lost / destroyed.
So the answer is NO.

This acetate version is known for years; take a look at Keith Flynn's recording sessions and you'll discover a lot more new tracks on acetates.
