Would that be fair?

What if I'm wrong?

Go ahead.

But I help you: just call him the Donald Trump of feec.

Not a proper analogy, Pacer.
drjohncarpenter of FECC is a liberal democrat... President Trump isn't.

he behaves not like a democrat at all.

How does a democrat behave?

Not like that narcistic Trump. And you knew pretty well what I meant. So no need to point out what you think carpenters ' voting preference might be.
Because that wasn't my point and you knew that as well.

 . . . Ok . . . we'll give politics a rest.
I'm happy to be an Elvis fan! 8-)

Shame that I Got A Woman is incomplete, something press release didnt mention.
And according to some posts online some songs isnt performed in a serious way....instead he jokes and laugh while singing.
I was waiting for reviews before ordering but now I wanna spend my cash on something else.

It’s fine by me if he’s joking around. That’s maybe why they haven’t been released before, but, we’ve heard the serious versions, let’s have the joking around ones. Would you have refused the laughing version of AYLT if someone had told you that he laughs throughout the song?

I was at least hoping for a serious version of SC as we only have the master from this Vegas season.
It seems he like to use this song for joking around....similar to the Yesterday song and the "stud" comment on almost every august 69 versions.

He was playing to the audience on that particular night. It wasn't foreseen that these versions would be spread across lots of recordings.

Those pesky abbreviations again !

I've racked my brains to think what "SC" stands for !

Suspicious Minds ?
No.
Slicin' Sand ?
No.
Steamroller Blues ?
No.
Sweet Caroline ?
Ah - it could be that one !

Elvis got complaints in february 1970 by many in the audience due to the fact that they paid top dollars for tickets and wanted to hear elvis do do the songs seriously and not goofing around.
This was said in some papers at the time and also Stein Erik Skar talks about this in his The Concert Years book.
