What does the "O.V" stand for ?
I thought maybe it was"Overdubbed Vocal" but that wouldn't apply to things like Mojo Working, would it ?
It could be "Original Vocal" but why would they find it necessary to state that every time ?
Anyone ?
I'm sure that means "overdubbed", but they didn't know any better, or tried to present the CDs contents as rarer than they are.
Tracks 10 and 14 don't contain that "O.V." bit because they were never overdubbed at all.
Track 12 doesn't contain it either, because it is presented in undubbed form.
The only thing that doesn't fit is track 7, fully described as "overdubbed".
Sometimes, these unofficial releases carry lousy descriptions of their contents. Like, for example, those who claim to contain stuff "previously unreleased by Elvis' record label", which is complete nonsense, as that record is not released by Elvis' record label, so the word "previously" is totally unnecessary !
